Our fees are charged at an hourly rate Monday to Friday. Weekend work is charged at a higher rate per hour. This enables you to add or change your requirements or design as you go along. This fee is charged when we do any labour, consultancy, purchasing materials on your behalf, and any additional travel that may be incurred.

Our services offered assumes that you will purchase any materials needed for the project including any skip hire, industrial equipment hire, and landfill fees, but if you wish us to purchase these items on your behalf then you can take advantage of the discount we can get through our trade contacts. Of course, any money required to purchase these items will be required in advance.

At the end of each week you will be invoiced, which will require immediate payment either by cheque or cash. Any payment delays may stop work until your account with us has been paid.
