Landscape Management is employed by the owners of this industrial estate in Wakefield to keep the grounds well maintained.

  • Ensure all sign boards remain completely visible
  • Grass cutting of communal areas and collect all litter
  • All fire escapes kept clear of weeds and vegetation
  • Provide site reports and feedback concerning blocked access
  • Spray hard standing areas with systemic weed killer to reduce 'grow back' and remove the weeds
  • Special visits to clear dumped items such as 'fly tipped' rubbish
  • Additional services include planting out beds and installing benches and bins to create an attractive work environment. We also undertake 'hostile planting' to deter people using sites as 'cut throughs' and to reduce damage and vandalism.
